What to expect on your first visit:

On your first visit you may spar with me for several minutes to give you an idea of the different forms of defense I have at my school.  You then have the option of observing 2 classes or participating in an intro exam where you will learn a few simple movements to test your physical ability and mental ability.  It's very easy and straightforward.  If you pass it we will then talk about what plan you want to start on.

Self Defense:

Lessons start at $35.00 dollars per month, There are also separate prices for individual classes.  Please call or email for details or changes in price.

Fighting:

Plans start at $45.00
